A physical book would be preferred over an ebook, but I'm happy either way :)

The 'Headway' series of textbooks are very good. I often use them with my students. They come with a CD and workbook, too.
If you want to practise speaking, try taking online lessons or starting an English club with your friends where you can practise speaking on different topics together.
